What are your shipping methods?

Our default shipping is UPS for $6.99, but larger items may incur higher shipping charges. To get an accurate quote, place your item or items in a shopping cart and click on the “estimate shipping” button.

Standard sized items are shipped UPS Ground at a rate of $6.99 however, Next Day options are available. Larger items may incur slightly higher shipping costs.

How long does shipping take?

Items typically take anywhere between one to five days.

Can I track my package online?

Yes, you can track your package through your online account. Simply return and sign in with your username and password to see where your package is in the shipping process. You will also be e-mailed tracking information when you order.

What are shipping costs? How are they determined?

Shipping typically costs $6.99, but some items may incur higher fees, please check the shipping estimator for a precise estimate.

Do you charge sales tax? How much is it?

We charge sales tax for most states. Any applicable tax will be calculated once your shipping information has been entered.

Yes, we do. When you are ready to check out, simply check that shipping option when presented to you during the ordering process.

Do you offer home delivery?

Oversized items are shipped freight/common carrier which costs $150 for delivery.

What if one of the items I ordered is on back order? How will my items then ship?

  • Ships Today: we have the part in stock and it will ship today
  • Ships Tomorrow: we have the part in stock and it will ship tomorrow
  • Ships Monday: we have the part in stock and it will ship on Monday
  • Available: The part is available from the product manufacturer. We will place an order for your part within one business day. Most functional parts are shipped to us with 2 business days and we typically ship them out within one day of receipt
  • No longer available: We are out of stock on the item and the manufacturer no longer supplies it. A substitute may be available. Call us to determine if a substitute is available for your part.
  • Discontinued: We are out of stock on the item and the manufacturer no longer supplies it. A substitute may be available. Call us to determine if a substitute is available for your part.
  • Call for price: This product cannot be sold online, however one of our friendly sales representatives would be happy to assist you. Simply call us at .
  • Special Order: This product estimated shipping time is more than one week and in some cases like "Door Fips" time of delivery from purchase can be extended 6-8 weeks. Simply call us at 1-888-279-2463 to find out availability.

What if my package arrived damaged?

What is your return policy?

If you decide that you don’t want the part that we shipped to you, you have 30 days to return it. It’s that simple. Just put it back in the box (in new, unused condition), then call us at and we’ll issue a return merchandise authorization.
